Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@lunalacestudio.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Blind boxes and mystery items cannot be returned once opened, as their contents are randomized. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
